Elon finally dropped the ban-hammer on me when my free speech was too much for him to bear.  During a discussion about the Civil War, Becca Pentland said "They should have been dealt with after the Civil War!". I replied, "Yes, if the USA would have just hung all the rebel traitor leaders, we wouldn't be in this mess. We should have executed all the confederate heads of state, their traitor president, their traitor generals." Talking about what the US Government should have done with traitors one hundred and fifty years ago was too much. For this Twitter suspended me. I appealed, with this: "Suspended for talking about how USA 150 years ago should have hung the Confederate leaders and generals, to avoid the current situation. It is legal punishment to execute traitors, especially during the Civil War 150 years ago.  Clearly this is not inciting, threatening, glorifying, or expressing a desire for harm or violence. I was talking about an event 150 years ago.

Currently the leadership of the Proud Boys are on trial for Seditious Conspiracy (treason) for their roles in the January 6th 2021 coup attempt to overthrow the United States of America. The Defense for the Proud Boys called up "Aaron," who acted as an informant for the FBI. Aaron testified in court that they were never asked by the FBI to inform on Proud Boys or their plans, despite their clear instrumentality to the January 6th insurrection. Instead, the FBI was focused on gathering intelligence on the enemies  of the Proud Boys.  That is to say, the FBI wasn't interested in the white supremacist organization preparing to overthrow the United States on January 6th, 2021; instead, the FBI was worried that the enemies  of the Proud Boys would do something to interfere with the functions of the Proud Boys.  To that end, the FBI had informants throughout the Proud Boy organization, to gather intelligence on the enemies  of the Proud Boys.  It's just one more data point

It's easy to call people who support Donald Trump "stupid" or "gullible," when really they were victims of mass propaganda perpetrated by an Australian billionaire to help overthrow American democracy.  On March 31st, 2023, a judge found that FOX NEWS had no basis to spread the lies of Donald Trump. During and after the 2022 USA presidential election, Donald Trump lied and said that DOMINION voting machines were changing votes from "Trump" to "Biden" without evidence. FOX NEWS did their own investigation and their own internal documents show they knew (all the way up to RUPERT MURDOCH) that Trump was lying and had no evidence. Nevertheless, FOX bosses and news anchors kept pushing the lies so they could keep their audience happy. What was important to the bosses of FOX was NOT the accuracy, but the power.
