This is an ex-KGB agent talking about the Russian strategy of Active Measures. It's amazingly prescient of the current situation; however, you can tell this guy's a Reagan-follower because he believed the enemies were communists.

How funny that it turns out that the ones without morals, who would betray the USA to Russia, would be the party that was so anti-Russia in the 80's when this guy was talking.

Even though his general analysis is correct, you can TOTALLY tell he was brainwashed by the Republicans. He thinks the enemy is Marxist-Leninists, when the enemy turned out to be the Republicans whose ideology he adopted.
